Randy is a successful leader in the direct sales industry. He is a Diamond Executive Director with Premier Designs, Inc. Premier Designs is a high fashion jewelry company in Irving, Texas. Randy has been involved with Premier Designs for 24 years and has built a large business with the company. He works with Jewelers in 37 states, and enjoy motivating and training them to succeed by meeting their financial needs and owning their own business.

Randy serves on the Board of Directors of Premier Designs, Inc. and the Horner-Premier Foundation.

Randy speaks at churches and organizations regularly in the DFW area, and is active in his home church, Fellowship Church, in Grapevine, Texas.
